Kara came out right away to help my baby and I which is so important as a new parent to have quick, knowledgeable care, in your home! She taught me exactly what to do and showed me how. The baby started nursing perfectly after just one visit! So thankful for Kara and I recommend her to every pregnant person!

Kara was instrumental in helping resolve my daughter’s bottle feeding issues and helped minimize her reflux. She spent a significant amount of time teaching me different methods for feeding along with providing recommendations for bottles to use given my daughter’s oral issues. She was so patient and supportive. I cannot thank Kara enough for her help!

I’m so glad I was referred to Kara for my lactation issues. As a first time mom I had a very rough first week of breastfeeding and it became almost unbearable for me so I felt very lucky that I was able to book very quickly with kara and get in to see her. She immediately realized we were having latch issues which she helped me work to resolve with trying new techniques. She also monitored a couple of feeds so I was assured my babe was actually taking in milk during our feeds as well which is so reassuring with a newborn.

Kara is the reason I stuck with breastfeeding! She saw me and my son the day after we got home from the hospital, and she provided with me so many great tools and tips to make breastfeeding pain free!! I did not feel judged at all by her for wanting to supplement either! She even gave us tips on how to supplement and make it work with breastfeeding.

Kara is an incredible lactation consultant. She immediately made me feel comfortable and calm. I’m a third time mom who has always had to supplement breastfeeding with formula. Kara gave me the confidence and education to be able to exclusively breastfeed my daughter. I highly recommend Kara!
