  I began using VBA's services when I started my own business as an independent contractor. They set up a contract for me and were an indispensable resource when I was first getting started and had many questions. As my business grows and changes I feel confident knowing that I have a solid foundation and that I can continue to use them as a resource.   Whether you need advice about how best to manage your hospital or about negotiating a contract there is no one who is more experienced and knowledgeable than Dr. Lacroix and her group at VBA. I have known Dr. Lacroix for over 15 years and have always been extremely impressed and happy with her work.

  I/ we have dealt with Charlotte, and her VBA team on several occasions over the years. The have always been very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. I feel that Charlotte's previous experience as a practicing veterinarian allows her to better understand our issues. We have had nothing but great service and look forward to their help again in the future.

  At 63 years of age.... thank goodness I went to hear Charlotte LaCroix speak. I called Veterinary Business Advisors a month later and my course for the next 3 years was laid out. With progress in hand, VBA presented my practice to 7 quality buyers. Three offers received. Good.... Better..... BEST! VBA again refined the presentation and 90 days after signing the letter of intent I was no longer a practice owner. I was a well compensdated former-owner with a 10/5/5 lease on my building. VBA went over every paragraph of every contract (Stock Purchase Agreement, Practice Leasshold, Employment agreement). The transition has been a very exciting time and will be until I retire on Schedule at 69 yearts of age. Thanks Charlotte and Kara! (Would but that I had met you sooner...)

  I have engaged with VBA for numerous reasons over the last 3 years and have always had a very positive experience. I worked with Dr. Charlotte Lacroix on a buy in contract when my partner bought in. She was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She invited questions and always had the answers. I have also worked with Kellie regarding general HR details including job descriptions, employee evaluations, hiring and firing, and employee manuals. Most recently Kellie helped tremendously with some employees issues and communication skills. I would highly recommend this firm, everyone I came in contact with was very professional and very capable. I have learned a tremendous amount from them which has improved my business and my relationships within the business.
