  Took 4ever to receive the ordered vehicle[7 months], but the salesperson [Tom] was helpful along the way whenever I asked for some info. The actual purchase process was relatively benign & painless [easy], so that was good.

  Great experience from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The whole process was very quick and efficient. More importantly, we got a very good deal on our new explorer!
