(June 10, 2023, 9:57 am)This past Tuesday, at the end of the day, I (Susan) walked in to Verizon Victra in Metuchen N.J. My phone had been going into the SOS mode and also repeatedly showed "No Sim Card" on phone .I was lucky enough to have "Alberto" service the phone. Within a short period of time, he fixed my phone and I was able to walk out with a functioning phone! He was pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and kind! I bought my phone here and I would not go anywhere else! Their service is fantastic! Always! He even prepared an estimate to upgrade my husband's phone! Please see to it that Alberto gets the recognition he deserves! You are very lucky to have him on your staff! Thank You so very much Alberto and Metuchen Verizon Victra!

Alberto was super helpful answering all my questions about the two phones I had in mind and I finally came to a decision about which one suited me best. I returned a couple of days later to pick up the new phone and was helped by Nate, who was also very kind and helpful with the process. I will definitely be back to this store in the future!

(February 21, 2023, 7:34 pm)I've had two phones set up at this store, one in July and one now. Both were done by Yaritza. She set up the new phone and transferred the data from the old phone. I was very impressed with how careful she was about it. As a little example, she was meticulous about getting all the air bubbles out from behind the new screen protector. She was also very generous with her time. Yaritza worked on my son’s phone individually for 2 hours to get everything just right. It was my impression that she did it this way because she cared personally about getting it right.
