  EXCELLENT!!! Charlie, I believe is the gentleman's name who helped me. AMAZING!! he was so helpful/ Honest, and polite. A real human being. Excellent to work with. He made the whole process super easy. I would recommend going here to speak to him about anything. He helped me with my apple product, as well as a new apple purchase. Even if he is an "android guy" :) He is great. Great location and great personal service! I do have do say one minor bad thing that has NOTHING to do with Charlie and the people in the store or their service. When you try to call the store directly via their 821-5800 phone number, it automatically kicks you over to a call center somewhere else in the world. These people are no help. It is difficult to call the store directly. That's not Charlies fault or the people who work there!

  100/10 would recommend this store (or the Shirley location) to anyone who has Verizon or is looking to switch to Verizon. My sister and I went in to upgrade our phones and although it took some time (iPhone restores are never easy) Charlie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was super knowledgeable and made the process super simple, he even kept us entertained with some top notch dad jokes while we waited. Hands down best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

  Corey went above and beyond with helping us switch carriers to Verizon and setup our new phones. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent customer service! So happy I’m back with Verizon.
