It was amazing customer service, got me set up with a new phone, case and accessories. He explained everything very well, patient and overall kind. I’m very appreciative for his help. It was an unexpected purchase but well worth it with the customer service assistance.

She made me feel comfortable, explained everything simply, and even gave me next steps and things to follow up on. By far the best Verizon employee I have ever met

(December 24, 2021, 4:58 pm)AMAZING customer service. Would highly, highly recommend this store as the manager, Lala, does a phenomenal job. She is polite and professional, and a pleasure to talk and work with.
After running into a ton of hurdles and after hours of attempting to set-up a new phone myself, Lala was able to correctly resolve all of the issues and got the phone working in no time.
I will definitely be visiting the next time I need something. -

She made sure he was set up and good to go. So pleasant and attentive! If we have any more needs while in the area this will be our go to place!
