  This truly is the only place I will go from this day forward. I was having issues with data transfer from an old phone to a new phone. I called Verizon support and was disconnected several times so i called this store. Dave told me to come on in and they would take a look. Talk about a multi-tasker...Dave was dealing with another customer at the time and then started helping me. He's fantastic... both friendly and smart. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

  I visited the Guilford, CT location on 4/15/23 and Will and Dave assisted to transfer my provider. Both Will and Dave were very helpful in getting my services started immediately. I wasn’t even there for an hour. Loved the service I received. Great job guys😊

  Dave was great! I took my broken phone in for repair. I was greeted immediately, and was in and out with a working phone in less than 15 min! Very pleasant, very professional - highly recommended!

  I am definitely coming back to this store ONLY. The store was clean despite it being busy. I did notice that all the employees were very thorough so that can explain the backup. (Not necessarily bad)
  Isabel was so patient and knowledgeable. I definitely feel better about my billing after speaking with her and getting a bill breakdown. Thank you for the excellent service, Verizon
