I called Verizon support and was disconnected several times so i called this store. Dave told me to come on in and they would take a look. Talk about a multi-tasker...Dave was dealing with another customer at the time and then started helping me. He's fantastic... both friendly and smart. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

(April 4, 2023, 7:42 pm)I am definitely coming back to this store ONLY. The store was clean despite it being busy. I did notice that all the employees were very thorough so that can explain the backup. (Not necessarily bad)
Isabel was so patient and knowledgeable. I definitely feel better about my billing after speaking with her and getting a bill breakdown. Thank you for the excellent service, Verizon -
