  Seth was a great help to me this morning!! 10 stars for Seth!! This is the replacement computer, which arrived yesterday, ahead of my expectations. I have been a WOW! user since 2016, and have never worked with a better company, or with better representatives!!! When the earlier one was no longer doing well, I arranged to send it back, and to purchase the newer model. The upgrades are fantastic-- the sound is clearer, the screens much brighter, and there are new "Bells and Whistles"!!! And, so, I am gratefully back on line!!! I am elderly, handicapped, and have been ill for some time. This computer, and the service representatives have truly been a blessing! It keeps me in touch with friends, family,and health care providers, as well as allows me to shop for food, clothing, and anything else needed on a daily basis!! And so EASY to put together!!! After it's arrival late yesterday, I fortified myself with strong coffee, opened the box, and set to work. Everything came together brilliantly, and in less then 5 minutes, WOW! was up and running!!! This morning, Seth rescued me from a password problem!! Many Thanks to you all, my Guardian Angels!!! jha

  Mary was terrific helping us fill out forms for the doctor she was patient and very educational and up-to-date on all the technology.
  Mary did a terrific job she deserve a raise. She is very kind and very patience.

  Tyra was able to help me out so much by scanning my documents & assisting sending them via email further ongoing properly. Tyra was able to clean my email as well to make sure I didnt have so many. Thank you!

  Ricky, your IT tech, showed professionalism, patience, and sincere interests in solving my problem. His expertise is noted above and beyond. Being a senior is hard sometimes to comprehend how technology works, but Ricky was my eyes and ears and hands. He is truly an asset to your company! Thank you for hiring him and God Bless you All. He made this transition comfortable and I am reassured that there will not be any occurrence of my issue. Thank you again!
