  Sooo very happy with the highlights and cut with soft layers & perfect length! Lorena blended the coloring that I was looking for with an extra blonder highlights framing my face to add a brighter touch for Summer. Lorena and her husband Everton are so personable, I look forward to going there again! Highly recommend!

  The ABSOLUTE BEST. I called Vell Garnet hair studio almost in tears explaining that another salon had botched my hair. Lorena (the owner) told me to come in even though they were about to close and she went above and beyond to fix my hair. It is so rare to find someone so knowledgeable on how to cut different kinds of hair, I will ONLY be coming here from now on. I highly recommend!

  I purchased a groupon (One Women's Haircut with Style) before the pandemic and was so happy to redeem once Vell Garnet was able to open. I moved to NJ recently and didn't have a salon anymore. I'm very happy to say I do now! The groupon was very clear as far as what was included. I knew I would be charged an additional $15 for the length of my hair. I appreciate Vell Garnet being up front with their pricing. I felt comfortable with the covid protocols (temperature check, sanitizer, masks). Lorena was great! She gave me a wonderful haircut and blowout. My hair felt light and silky. I suggest trying this salon for yourself and looking on groupon for the best deals possible!

  Amazing haircut and blowout!!!! Was so relaxing getting a little massage after my hair was washed. The husband and wife, Ton and Laurena were personable and so nice. I will definitely be back!

  My long time go to salon sadly closed it's doors recently - while searching for a new salon I discovered Vell Garnet on accident . While not a big deal to some , I have had my hair DESTROYED by inexperienced people in the past so I was really concerned what to expect . The salon is small and somewhat hidden if your not looking for it , However the service I received I can not say enough about . The salon is a cute 3 seater so there is never over crowding and you are always the focus of attention :) Lorena and her husband are amazing people , great conversation , personable , friendly but most of all EXPERIENCED !! When I left I couldn't get over how amazing my hair looked , I NEVER allow anyone to cut my hair first visit - Lorena not only designed a beautiful color but the perfect cut . This salon truly is a diamond in the rough , please if you are looking for a new salon check them out - I promise they will exceed your expectations !
