  We hadn’t been to Veggie Oasis in quite some time. I’m happy to report that the food is still great! Teri, the chef and co-owner, makes one of the best falafel that I’ve ever had. Don’t miss the Chanah curry! My wife ordered it and it was delicious.
  Highly recommend.
  PS the sever Lisa was such a delight.

  I must say… Veggie Oasis burritos 🌯 have lived in my mind rent free 🤤‼️After a long hike to see the local fire watch tower my girlfriend and I spotted this restaurant off the side of the road. To say this was delicious would be an understatement. To this day I daydream about my return. I highly recommend adding the falafel 🧆 to your burrito. Thank you.

  Ample parking, late closing hours, and wholesome vegetarian food. What more could we ask for? Well they’ve also got delicious organic cane-sugar carbonated drinks like the Mandarin-Orange Soda and Mexicane Cola. Perfect sustenance after a hard day on the slopes 🏂

  Vegetable-first dishes made your way: from vegan and gluten free curry dishes, bowls and salads - to a vegetarian falafel-melted-cheese burrito. Very considerate of allergies and sensitivities. Food is fresh, cheap, fast and satisfying and the people are friendly and nice.

  Nobody expects for a Veggie restaurant in middle of nowhere in Catskills. We came with a big group of multiple dietary restrictions expecting a meat free meal but it’s a meat free restaurant. Amit, Chef, and their crew did a phenomenal job on quesadillas, and wrap - oh my God, customers should try goat cheese wrap. It’s a big fat wrap. Price is right on point. If you’re expecting for a good meal before or after a long hike, this is the place you get to. Backyard is Ashokan Reservoir, what else matters.
