  Carmen has been a savior to our family. He really cares and gets it. He gets to know the kids and really relates to them on their level and tells them what they need to hear, not always what they like to hear. Carmen has great techniques for the kids to learn to use when dealing with anxiety. Carmen has been a huge asset to our family.

  My teenage son has been meeting with Carmen over the past 4 years and cannot say enough good things about him! He is a very respectful counselor,, super friendly and have created a great relationship with my teenage boy. I can always rely on Carmen if there is a crisis situation with just a phone call away, Now that we are going through some stressful moments for the younger people I have my son do virtual video session with Carmen,, which are so convenient because of Covid-19. I highly recommend Carmen because my teen is less stress and calmed during this difficult time that we have been thorough.

  Carmen Vasto truly cares. Our family has been a client of his for a few years now. He takes the time to connect and get to know the child so he can really make a difference. He focuses on the whole child, applauds their successes and helps them to recognize their challenges and find ways to manage and grow from them. He has real life perspective and provides solutions and tools that make sense to the parent and are achievable for the child. I have seen both my children thrive and grow under his care. "What would Carmen say?" is a constant in our home. I am happy to say that we are able to answer that most times, but when we can't - he is always there! I highly recommend Vasto Counseling - Carmen will support your child through their challenges, show them how they are opportunities for growth and empower them.

  Carmen Vasto is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Been seeing him regularly ever since I was in high school and am now a college student. He is one of the kindest souls in the world, and someone who truly cares. The relationship I have with Carmen can be described more like best friends! He is the most easy person to talk to and has helped me immensely over the years. So happy I found him!

  Carmen is a warm, kind counselor with practical guidance for both parents and children. He takes the time to truly listen and has an easy going demeanor. Having been a former educator, I feel he has a true connection to the young. I highly recommend Carmen from the smallest to largest of issues you may be experiencing. Caring professional.
