Amazing! I just left the office, and I felt like this was an enjoyable experience. Catherine, who was at the front desk, was so kind and friendly. Her smile and presence were inviting and warm. I showed up 15 minutes before my exam at 2:00, not realizing they are closed from 1 to 2 for lunch. However, Catherine was kind and sweet and allowed me to start my paperwork. She greeted me with a beautiful smile. I got in and put in a timely manner, too!
During the visit, Debbie, who did my x-rays and did my initial check before seeing the doctor, was very friendly and personable. She made me feel very comfortable. I was even impressed with the mouthwash they gave me before I saw the doctor to help numb my gums before the cleaning. It worked fantastically!
Dr. Vandenberg had a calm and peaceful demeanor. He listened to me when I needed to stop the cleaning a few times because I had a horrible nasal drip due to my allergies. In addition, he was so gentle! I couldn't believe at the end of the cleaning that I was done already.
I definitely recommend this office!
I loved every single person at this office! From the staff up front who were very accommodating, to my lovely hygienist who explained everything she did and was fun to boot- and the Dr.Suh- who was so gentle, caring and positive! It was a great experience and would highly recommend.
I’ve been going to Dr Vandenberg for many years. He did my 7 implants and I am very comfortable with his abilities to do a good job. He’s always done a very thorough job on all of them as well as any dental issues I’ve had. I did not even know the tooth was out in one of my extractions. He also has a nice, compassionate and professional way of dealing with his patients. I highly recommend his practice if you are looking for a good all around dentist. I give him and his staff an A+
