She is the absolute best. I had a very good interaction with Value City. I would highly recommend going here for your furniture needs. I did pick one out and it was perfect Thank you Donna and the rest of the VC staff

We went to check this place out since the kids and their spouses are looking for furniture for their new places. We found a table we liked as well. We had no pressure from the salesperson at all. He was always available and full answers to our many questions. We haven't purchased yet, but would highly recommend checking this place out. They have been around for a long time.

I appreciate that! We had a delivery problem that was easily resolved without any issues. I would recommend Value City to anyone looking for furniture.

(March 15, 2023, 4:30 pm)I bought furniture for my new home at bobs discount furniture and value city furniture. I had nothing with problems with Bobs, however Value City got everything correct. Even when I had a problem with the finish peeling off my dining room table a week or so after after the year warranty period, value city had it repaired as if it was under warranty and the whole experience really good. I have no doubt that I’d give them my business again.
