A noticeable increase in speed, strength, and agility have been a huge plus for my son. What’s more is that my son has had a huge boost in confidence as well. Isiah does an excellent job of making one feel comfortable from the initial assessment period through now and continues to make my son feel comfortable and continues to boost his mental as well as physical traits. You absolutely will not find a more dedicated, accommodating, results driven, trainer than Isiah in the area. You don’t have to take my word for it though. You can schedule a session and I guarantee you or a loved one will be hooked immediately.
