(May 19, 2023, 4:51 pm)Very compassionate and helpful during an extremely difficult time. Having just lost our family pet of 18 years, I called Valley Pet Aftercare and spoke with Brianna. She was very comforting, answered any and all questions and concerns that we had, and made arrangements for us to bring our best friend to them. Tim met us there, walked us through exactly what to expect, gave us a chance to say our goodbyes, and made sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. As difficult as it was, I felt that they genuinely cared about us and for our furry family member. I wouldn’t wish the loss of a pet on anyone but would highly recommend them to anyone that should need their services. Thank you again Tim for taking such good care of our dearly beloved and very deeply missed ‘Kitty’

(June 13, 2022, 2:13 pm)They reassured and comforted us both times that we used them. We did "witnessed cremation" for our final goodbyes and they couldn't have been better. We are always treated like family and love that they're a small business.

(November 6, 2019, 7:13 pm)We used Valley Pet After Care for the cremation of our beloved Great Dane. Due to his size we needed to find a place that provided transport/pick up. The owner himself came to our house and assured us that he would handle the whole process himself. This greatly comforted us and made us feel that we made the right choice. We were able to pick up the remains and have Apollo back home the next day.
