(July 10, 2022, 12:45 am)Incredible hidden gem! I was so skeptic but these shakes are nothing but protein powder and ice! No milk/yogurt/ ice cream/dairy, low sugar and gluten free. So thick, creamy and delicious, and super filling! Wasn’t hungry for 5+ hours! Comes w complimentary iced tea and is so worth the price. Plus, on my second trip I brought my own reusable tumbler to avoid the single use plastic and they were happy to accommodate! Amazing product and equally wonderful staff. 10 starts ⭐️🌟💜😍

(April 26, 2022, 1:46 pm)The owner is super knowledgeable about what she offers and what she puts in her shakes. Each shake is under 250 cal and has 25g of protein and 15g of met carbs. As someone who is lactose intolerant I was hesitant to try somewhere with protein shakes as theyre usually made with milk bases. Not only is this not the case they’re also a soy based protein so you dont need to worry about if the whey protein has dairy isolates in it or not.
The very filling shakes are great and come with a complimentary green tea + aloe tea to help with energy and digestion. I cannot recommend this enough to those passing through oxford or even those who live here.
