I am being seen by a nurse practioner here. She is now my primary. I was able to be seen basically with in 6 days after my emergency room visit and then she was able to schedule another visit in a week!!!which is very amazing considering other places such as a baystate have literally a 6+ waiting time for anything !!!
Also make me nervous about my health cause it could mean there is seriously something severely wrong to move it up that quick.
I will update this review in a year to update how my experience here is and maybe hope to have a more clarity on my health
August 10th: she was able to see me again and a follow up in 1.5 months!!. This office is amazing compared to baystate...you can get labwork and everything you need in an hour.
She listens my case is tough (multiple issues) !!! but I am confident we can get through this 💪 ✨️ 😌
I have been coming to valley medical for nearly 9 years. This practice literally saved my life. Prior medical doctor just never heard my issue. I was just literally left to die. Since joining vmga I have been made aware of so many health issues that are common to a 100% European decent. I feel much more confident about myself and I trust the medical staff explicitly.
We all have our good days and off days. If someone appears off while chatting with you, try to smile them through it as a smile is contagious. My husband and I just are so thankful for all VMGA provides to our community. It is this support that has brought me this far with full intentions of living another 30 years plus!
Highly recommend for anyone driving distance from Easthampton. I drive over an hour to receive health services at Valley Medical Group because they are the best group of doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every doctor and nurse I have interacted with has treated me with respect; giving me care that feels not only comfortable, but timely. I leave my appointments feeling in better control of my health overall. Their system works rather seamlessly, so I don't have to worry about going to another office for blood tests or specialists. Every doctor takes thorough notes that can be reviewed online. The online portal allows for quick and responsive updates from providers as well as telehealth services. The receptionists are sweet and professional, always so patient with me when I call for yet another appointment. I look forward to many more years as a patient with this practice.
I have been seeing Lauren Gorski PA here for over 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience with her, front desk staff, and the lab. Especially as a large bodied person it can be hard to find a provider I feel comfortable with. She is kind and respectful in her care while still educating me on health issues. No complaints! Highly recommend!
