I see all of these terrible and negative reviews and honestly l'm really surprised. I worked here last night and had a really nice experience. The staff were very welcoming and kind to me. Approach everyone respectfully and that treatment will be given right back to you. I'm not very good at remembering names but the Supervisors and nurses and aides were very on top of things making sure everyone was doing what they are supposed to do and keeping things in order for the residents. While the home could use a good cleaning, that's pretty much everywhere. Stop throwing things all over the floor expecting the next shift to clean it up. Rinse out the urinals after you dump them to help with the smell. Flush the toilet after dumping the urinals. We can do our part as nurse aides by making sure things go into the trash can/trash gets taken out instead of leaving it on the floor for the next shift. From what I witnessed, the aides I worked with were extremely kind, compassionate, and grateful for good help. There are some very good people working here who do in fact care. I'll definitely be back!
