(January 12, 2023, 3:24 am)My husband and I started coming to Valley Brook about a year or so ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with their excellent services, thorough follow-up, and friendly, dog-obsessed staff. My fur babies are treated like rockstars at every appointment. And I appreciate that Dr. Rozenbaum and his team not only take the time and care to answer all of my questions (no matter how random or mundane) but also make extra accommodations whenever possible, just because. This includes clipping my dogs’ nails which is my least favorite chore and, most recently, squeezing us in without an appointment when one of our dogs developed random chronic signs of pain (she’s already doing better!). Long story short, we’d 10/10 recommend!

I cannot express the level of care and compassion he has consistently provided to my cats over the years. The staff are very professional and understanding, especially during times of emergencies, and do all they can during difficult times. Thank you Valley Brook Veterinary Hospital. If there were 5 more stars, I would definitely add them.

(September 16, 2022, 10:06 am)I've been to Valley Brook altogether 4 or 5 times and everyone is friendly. They even had a stand-in veterinarian and they treated my dog Chase Mandile (I love that they use my dog's full name, like he's part of my family, which he is) with patience and kindness and such delicate care, almost as if they care for him too. They did a great job.
