  Quick tire balancing that was tested to be correct. Friendly staff. I wish they had alignment but they refered me to somebody alse for it.

  I can easily post about how quick and efficient Valenzuela Tire shop is because the assumption is most tire shops get you in and out. But I have personally experienced them go above and beyond, to look out for me with my car troubles, such as accidentally locking my keys in the car truck in addition to my tire repair needs. Valenzuela offer more automotive assistance than tire repairs they replace breaks, TPMS codes, wheel balance etc. Overall they are a trusted, dependable and professional business that I am grateful to have connected with and refer my friends and family to.

  I called last minute and they still took care of me. My tire was in shambles and I was embarrassed but they looked out and got me in and out exactly at 6pm and gave me a business card for a referral business bc I also need alignment! Thankful I found them. Very polite and business oriented

  There are still good people in the world. We ended up with a flat tire on the way home to Virginia from Philly. Since the tires on the truck are not standard, it was a little more stressful trying to figure out how to get home especially on a Sunday when most tire shops are closed. After many phone calls to tire shops, found one.
  
  On the other end of the phone was an amazing person named Albert. I called and he was on the way to his shop and said would call me back within 20 minutes to tell me if he had the tire we were looking for was in stock. He followed through with what he said. Thankfully he had something similar in stock for a good price. We called a towing company and since Albert didn’t hear from us in a while, he called me back on my cell to ensure we were doing ok. Who does that? But, he did. He was a real stand-up guy.
  
  We were there for a bit because he got busy with many customers and I can see why. He makes every encounter personable. He kept apologizing; but we were in no rush. It was definitely memorable.
  
  Him and his staff member were very friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend this place.
