Valdel Plumbing

Today I had the good fortune of meeting Stephen B. as the sewer drain expert from ValDel, who came to my house to evaluate for much needed work. He was not only professional, kind-hearted, and friendly, but brilliant in his field of expertise. I believe he even used his artistic ability to come up with a doable, affordable--actually quite genius--plan to save my sewer system. It's funny that as I get to meet different folks in their chosen fields, they are all dog/animal lovers. So what happens is we get to talking about mixed breeds, vet visits, goofy personality traits, on and on. A person's wonderful self is revealed, the customer is better served and becomes interested/enmeshed in the expert's story. While I have a hard financial and emotional road of multiple repairs ahead, I'm very grateful and reassured that Stephen will be involved on my behalf.

Was very impressed and completely satisfied with the job that was completed today by Steve. He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my powder room. He explained things clearly, let me know the cost up front, and was respectful of my home. I highly recommend Valdel and Steve Harris.

Valdel was absolutely amazing. They disconnected from my septic system and hooked up to public sewer. From the very first phone call to job completion, they were incredibly thorough. I've been in construction for almost 30 years, and they're one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They made everything as easy and straight forward as possible. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I received prompt and excellent service. Steve, the technician, was incredibly friendly and did very thorough work. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and didn't have any problems with me hanging around watching him work. He also provided easily understandable explanations to the many questions I had about the whole process - what he was doing, why, and even advice on how I could try and manage the situation myself going forward.

I strongly recommend giving Valdel plumbing a chance. I was hesitant about paying a dispatch fee, but Steve came fully prepared and solved my problem then and there. I couldn't have asked for better service, and I will be a repeat customer if the occasion ever arises.

Had Valdel out to replace quite the mess left by a previous home owner. They did a great job filling me in on the different options I had and providing suggestions for the new system. Jerry was on time and very knowledgeable and when it came time for installation they did great work. They vented the new unit properly, installed the necessary bypasses and shutoffs and it’s been working great. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them out again.
