Vacationkids - Travel agency

I am not the average Vacationkids customer: a single young woman who was interested in spending a week with my younger sister traveling to Barcelona and Madrid. That did not matter to the wonderful team at Vacationkids! Sally and Tamara worked with me and my sister's previously arranged travel plans to get us to Spain so that we could make the most of our time there. The hotels Tamara booked were fantastic: centrally located and safe. I enjoy planning activities and excursions myself when I travel, however had I wanted tours and sites planned I know that Tamara would have arranged them. When my flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, Tamara was texting me through the whole event, making sure I was up to date with the travel changes and offering advice. I plan on using Vacationkids again the next time I travel, they are fantastic! Highly recommend.

Worked with Sally to get me and my wife on a Caribbean cruise and she was fantastic to work with. The trip was amazing and it was incredibly easy to work with her. I definitely recommend them.

I had the best experience with this company. I booked an all inclusive vacation for my family of 14 .... all coming from different locations at different times.... at Christmas week. The busiest time and sally was amazing. Everything was perfect. Airlines, transfer, hotel rooms. Everything. Especially the cudos from my adult children who wanted to know who did I book through. I would only use sally and her company. Take it from me... the best!!!!

When I was lost and trying to figure out how to do things for my family and friends she guided me effortlessly to a great experience. Does she charge a fee? yes, but she is truly a professional and deserves a greater fee. She is like a doctor and magician all in one, diagnosing my problem and making them disappear. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend her services. Oh wow, I forgot, she has a book and it's excellent. VacationKids rocks.

I have been using VacationKids for many years to plan my family vacations. Sally Black and her team of agents have been fantastic to work with. We have been throughout the Caribbean and Europe thanks to their planning. Sally helped me realize my dream trip to Russia and Scandinavia could be reality and it was amazing. She also saved me from booking a trip on my own to an island that was experiencing some environmental issues that would have been an issue for us. I am capable of booking trips on my own, but have realized through several experiences that there is huge value in using a travel agent because of the inside information and help when problems come up (and they do).
