  Great mobile service! Al was prompt, arrived when promised, and replaced the fan belt on our TIFFIN motorhome while we were stranded at the roadside. He saved the day!

  The guys here at V.A. Truck and Trailer take very good care of our fleet vehicles. They are more knowledgeable than most mechanics in the area. Al is very communicative in the progress of the service. I have used many mechanics in the state and these guys are far superior than anyone I have used. If you’re looking for a GREAT diesel mechanic…these are your guys. Thanks again Al for all the great work you have done. It’s much appreciated!

  I have a Ford F-250 Super Duty that they helped me with. Both Al Sr. and Al Jr. are phenomenal to work with and truly the most helpful mechanics that I have ever worked with. They diagnosed a major problem with the truck and instead of trying to take advantage of me to get work, they were straight forward in what they recommended. I ended up not repairing the truck and they helped me make a very difficult decision to the help of me and the loss of them. I would recommend them any day!

  I own 2002 GMC 6.6L turbo diesel and I developed a major fuel leak while travelling somewhere near Smyrna, DE, 230 miles from home. I figured this was going to cost me a fortune being stranded in very rural DE. VA Truck &Trailer Repair was recommended by an off duty policeman so I had the vehicle towed there. V.A. is a father and son operation that had several huge diesel trucks being worked on at the facility (good sign). Al DuPree,the owner/manager, diagnosed the problem, a blown injector pump and explained in detail what the consequences were, my options and the estimated costs would be. He kept me informed as the work progressed, delivered the job ahead of schedule and under his original estimate. (When was the last time repair work on your vehicle came in under estimate ?) I was very greatly impressed with the way he and his son managed the entire process. Probably most impressive of all was the honesty in the way I was treated. I cannot offer enough positive comments about the way I was serviced and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Hands down the best around! Had my truck at another shop it came back with a bill and the same problem. Called these guys and they didn’t stop till it was FIXED! Would highly recommend them!
