  Joe was AMAZING. Quick to respond. Made it a point to come same day. We’ve had a long ongoing issue with a “backup.” We had one company come and it was astronomical what they wanted to charge us to do. Joe came, he used the camera to see what was going on, as well as hydro-jetted our main line septic pipes and said what the other company wanted to do was a waste of money and there was no reason to do it. He saved us $18,000!!! He was a life saver.

  Joe was incredibly knowledgeable.and went above and beyond with the project at our home. It started as a 2 day job and turned into a full week. Eric and Jose were awesome at our house and made sure everything was safe and secure with the huge hole in the floor. They were all professional.friendly and polite. I would recommend them for any drainage issues you have! I can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you again USA drains for you exemplary work!

  Joe came over right away to diagnose the problem and was very knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done. He gave us 2 options and didn't try and steer us, he clearly explained both sides and supported our decision. Came over promptly the next day to begin the service and showed us the visual problem after digging up to find it. Was done in a matter of hours for a big job and left it with fresh grass seed and a new working drain from house to septic. Cannot recommend Joe enough, the service was excellent, pricing was reasonable and he clearly explained each step and the benefits. Thanks Joe!

  I am very grateful to have found Joe’s business on the neighbor app. He fixed my problem in less than an hour, showed up within 10 minutes of calling him and was reasonably priced!!
  
  I had contacted Roto-Rooter for a bathroom sink that would not drain. One tech took 8hrs of just snaking all pipes and wanted to charge for an unresolved issue. They sent their “senior” tech who said a pipe needed to be replaced for over $1000 dollars.
  
  Joe came and fixed the issue quickly cost about $190. Words aren’t enough to express how grateful I am to have found his company. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. And local!!!

  Joe is fantastic! I tried myself for 2 days without success.
  So I called Joe based on these reviews; and they are true. He is polite professional, straight shooter, and gets the job done.
  I told him about my major drain backing up problem. He checked out the piping and let me know the possibilities. He worked his magic and within 30 minutes, water was draining properly. The job was done and the area was clean. Now we can wash dishes and do laundry again. What a relief!. Thank You Joe!
