The transaction took two weeks, during which I corresponded with four different employees by email and telephone, according to a process that was never clearly communicated. Billing is offline, which is always nerve-wracking. Nonetheless, I ultimately received a sturdy, beautiful, well-made product that exactly matched my specifications. Don't be scared away by the twentieth-century approach: USA Custom Pad is legit, and they do outstanding work.
