My Fist visit and very happy Dr.Amanda she’s professional, she listening to all the problems and makes me feel comfortable All the staff, from the the receptionist, to the MA to the PA I seen were beyond professional, nice and welcoming. I did not have to wait at all in the waiting room I usually have to wait to some extent anywhere else. Everyone was very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. Highly recommended Thank you
The office was very nice and clean. The front staff were friendly and efficient. The nurse and physician made me feel comfortable and answered all if my questions. I did not feel like they were rushing me out of the office. I highly recommend this practice.
The new office was easy to get to and conveniently located. It was very bright, spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Additionally and best of all, I was in and put in a flash. I arrived early for my 11:10 appointment, but was in an exam room at 10:55 and Dr. Rosa was in to see me within minutes. He listened to my concerns without interruption and seemed eager to find out what's the root of my issues. Upon check out, the MA (I forgot her name) was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience in the new office was honestly much better than my experiences in the past, although they weren't overly horrible to begin with. I highly recommend US Digestive Health if you're in need of a G.I. facility
I have had the fortunate experience of being treated by Dr. Pilchman. He is very kind and attentive, and never dismisses my concerns. My only complaint would be about their wait times. However, I think this is very common of healthcare in general these days. While I don't care for the extended wait time for appointments, I do find that the office staff is very accommodating, and will contact you if cancellations occur, as was the case with my recent visit.
