  I highly recommend Upper Perk Physical Therapy and sports rehab. This Florida girl plans her surgeries so I can have either physical therapy, occupational therapy or fitness in the summer while I am at my PA cabin. Except for one year during Covid this is my 10+ year. The expertise, camaraderie, their commitment to my success has improved my quality of life and health. AND they offer aquatic therapy.
  I have had experience with other groups, and Upper Perk Physical Therapy is by far the BEST!!!!

  Upper Perk & New Hope Physical Therapy helped prepare me for a joint replacement surgery with targeted exercise to strengthen the muscles around the joint & increase flexibility.
  
  Post surgery, they've shown great care by closely evaluating & giving me appropriate exercises to rehab the targeted area.
  
  The staff I've been working with pays close attention to my current condition and to how I do the rehab exercises. I've been gently corrected when doing things incorrectly or when rushing to get through them.
  
  I highly recommend Upper Perk & New Hope Physical Therapy for your rehab needs.

  The staff is so friendly and caring. They help you reach your goals with being attentive to the patients needs. I've been going for rehab related to back surgery and have made excellent progress. Highly recommended you check them out.
  I'll be changing over to their fitness program in the coming weeks.

  Physical Therapist, Amanda, came highly recommended by a close friend. Amanda is beyond excellent. She has set up a program to help me get my new knee working and I’m doing really well with bending and strengthening e exercises. She listens to my concerns and questions. She saw my struggle with balance and added exercises. My balance is so much better. I get my other knee replaced soon and have already set up my first appointment with her. I must add that all the therapists and support personnel have been excellent also. I highly recommend this group!

  Great staff, very helpful with recovery. Pulled my back for the 3rd time this year and finally decided to see a PT. Jay, Erin, Karissa and the entire team here is phenomenal. They were very helpful with getting me through the pain and getting me on a program to help minimize the back issue from coming back.
