(March 28, 2023, 6:41 am)I love this area very much. Why it's classified as the upper Delaware scenic and not a part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation area I'll never know.
There's too many spots to name in this review, but if you're looking for peace and quiet and surrounded, there's so many places you can go to find that.
For the somewhat experienced kayaker the stretch from shahola/berryville down to Port Jervis is 18 mi of great water. Lots of eagles. Lots of wildlife. Great smallmouth bass, fishing and a full day of adventure. -

The plastic litter has become a huge problem. PLEASE be kind to the environment... if you bring it in, please take it back with you to dispose of it! THANK YOU
