  We had a wonderful experience with Stacey at Universal Tile in Hartford. We were looking for tile for inside our in-ground pool. Stacey was so helpful and knowledgeable, conscious of our budget, giving us ideas we hadn't even thought of, then letting us take about 8 samples home with us to test what looked best in our setting. We went to Tile America, Floor & Decor, and The Tile Shop before we got to Universal Tile and the products and attention we received at UT were enormously better than what we got elsewhere. Wish we had just started and ended at Universal.

  Sarah was amazing to work with. I was extremely indecisive due to other changes in my kitchen design. Sarah assisted me every time and never once made me feel like I was a burden. She responded timely to emails and was able to answer my many questions. She pulled great options for me and was able to help me choose a beautiful tile. I would highly recommend Sarah at Universal Tile!

  We were getting materials for a new home - kitchen backsplash, foyer flooring, bathroom flooring, laundry room, complete main shower (floor, walls, niche), and fireplace surround. We worked with Stacey. She was very patient and helpful. She listened to our likes, dislikes, and budget to help us get to a final design. We moved in a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the way everything looks.

  I had the best experience working with Adam at Universal! His approach to the client and project is highly professional and he brings great expertise and guidance throughout the whole process. His demeanor is patient and his creative mind really shines. His broad depth of experience with the product and applications is highly evident and I felt truly well taken care of. When my bathroom project had to be modified due to building constraints, he talked me through the best options until I felt comfortable. In a day and age when customer service can be lacking, Adam at Universal really raises the bar!

  Tony and the team are amazing. We just renovated a hotel nearby using the tile sourced directly from Universal (straight from Italy!).
  
  No one can beat their service, price, and quality of tiles. We started off at Lowes/Home Depot tiles that looked similar, although we would maybe get 3/4 of the box that were true/straight, and the rest of the tiles would be unusable as the corners would be turned. We purchased roughly 12,000 to 14,000sq/ft for the entire project.
  
  We never received a single bad tile from these guys, and everyone from the warehouse, delivery drivers, to the people that work inside are all very very knowledgeable about their products, and most importantly value their customers!
