  Unity is a welcome addition to Ridge, which has been functioning without any independent coffee shops for years. Their mission is great and you're happy to support it, but their menu is solid regardless. They have a decent tea selection, not just coffee. Lots of street parking on either side of Ridge around the storefront. You can order for pickup ahead of time through the Toast app. Inside are comfy chairs and counters for laptop work. Note that it's card only, no cash!

  Awesome cafe! Great food and drinks, friendly and attentive staff, and nice seating options, including outdoor seating which is a rarity on Ridge Ave. I suggest installing a bike rack! I often bike here, but the closest place to lock up is a signpost half a block away. Sometimes I'll tuck my bike in the side alley but there's nothing to lock to so that's less than ideal. The cafe is on the way from Roxborough to the Schuylkill River Trail, so providing bike parking could really boost business.

  Went for a Iced Latte flavor was vanilla and got a Blueberry Muffin both delicious and fresh! Highly recommend!

  Just found this little coffee shop and can’t say enough good things. Coffee is amazing, great fresh pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Everything you wish Starbucks was, this place is! Staff is friendly and nice, absolutely worth multiple visits!

  I love coming here. The food is SO good - I'm not vegan but I'm head over heels for their spicy vegan sausage breakfast sandwich. It's a fantastic place to work, solid wifi, comfy chairs, quiet music, and super friendly staff. The only drawback is that it's a little pricey - one pastry and a drink can be over $10 - so it's more of a place to sit and hang, not a place to go when you're in a rush. But it's well worth it. I know my money is going to a good purpose.
