  My family loves UMAC Newburgh! My son attends the after care program. The staff is professional, inviting, nurturing, and supportive. They go above and beyond to ensure each child is learning, gaining confidence, and having fun in a safe environment. The staff is upbeat and positive, and encourages all students to cheer each other on during class. My son has learned self-discipline, which has helped him focus on his school work, and even keep his room clean! I couldn't ask for a better experience for my son!

  Our family loves UMAC Newburgh. My husband and son have been taking class together for 2 years and it has been amazing to see them work together towards getting their black belt. It has increased my son's self-confidence so much. Their program is really wonderful. The instructors are amazing, friendly and caring and also very knowledgeable. It's a great fitness and discipline-building family place.

  UMAC is a wonderful place for your kids and also adults. Everyone works together as a team to ensure that your child is happy, learning leadership, respect, confidence, caring etc.. the kids learn new skills in Martial Arts. My daughter is so happy so we are happy she said they are my family.
  The after school is amazing and the summer camp is wonderful they keeps the kids busy every day this is a perfect way to have your kids active and learning instead of having them stay home killing brain cells doing nothing. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

  My five year old son started UMAC Newburgh almost a year ago and absolutely LOVES it! It has helped him build his confidence in his physical abilities, being more assertive, and staying focus not just in tae kwon do but in school and in all his activities. My husband and I have so much respect for Master Leifer and Instructors Soler. They are amazing at what they do. All the other parents and students are also supportive and encouraging. My younger daughter can’t wait until she can start.

  We can't say enough good things about Master Leifer and the whole UMAC experience. From their welcoming atmosphere you feel at home as soon as you start your trial. My children are both excelling here in various aspects of their character. Also, UMAC makes taking martial arts classes so flexible with their scheduling. With all the things the kids do in a week it is nice to know that we can attend classes on a schedule that fits week by week rather than having guilt that we missed out. Highly recommended, largely in part because of Master Leifer who has the best balanced demeanor to handle all the levels of children and their maturity.
