(July 11, 2023, 3:53 pm)Dealing with United Auto with my Teenager who is just begining to drive was a great first car buying experience. Everything went very smoothly and without a hassle. Dealing with them from the get go whether emailing, test driving, to the final stages was very organized, professional, and I felt as though very confident with our decision. They were very willing to accommodate our personal request along with expectations and in the end both of us I feel received a Win-Win. I highly recommend this location and their staff.

(July 5, 2023, 11:32 pm)I would love to share my experience with anyone who is going to or interested in buying a car from this dealer.
We spotted the car that we want through internet. I called the next day. Rodney answered my phone, nicely informed me everything about the car, and told me that the car had been sent to other shop right way because some cosmetic reasons. In the next couple weeks I called back check with him. Every time Rodney very nicely answer my call and promised once the car is back I will be the first one to know, and yes, in the third week he called me back and told me the car was back 20 mines ago. He kept his promise, and we got a deal. It was smooth and no hassle.
After we made the purchase, even they already sold the car to us , they still made a thorough inspection before the car was picked up. They found some problems and they run up more than a thousand dollars repair bill. They picked up the tab and fixed the problems.
We found the car online, bought the car “Sight unseen”. Because I am 1100 miles away from them. It is not feasible for us to test drive the car. From the beginning till end, Jim and Rodney responded my phone call and email, very professional and timely. Whenever I have any questions, called them either Jim or Rodney responded.
Three days after we received the car, the battery went died, even it was not included in the warranty, they still reimbursed 50% of the cost.
I know there are not a lot of good salesmen in this industry, but Rodney and Jim are kind and honest people. They are the people you can trust. This is the dealer you can do business with. You buy with confidence.
We are so glad we made the purchase. We love our car, enjoy the ride very much and really appreciate all the work they have done for us.

(June 29, 2023, 10:20 am)My experience with United Auto was overwhelmingly positive. From the jump, Rodney, the salesman who we bought from, was extremely easy going, professional, and organized. The quality of the vehicle that we purchased was of the highest quality for a used car - very clean, runs excellent - and they let us test drive it with no hassles. Plus, before we could finalize the purchase, United Auto put it through their own inspection checklist and they ended up fixing a few minor issues the car had for no extra cost. I would highly recommend United Auto to anyone in the market for a used car, they provided a 10/10 experience. (imaged is the 2013 Honda Accord EXL we purchased)

Thanks again for everything. I will definitely buy again and refer other people to United Auto. I also like that I wasn't pushed to buy from Rodney.

(April 27, 2023, 8:19 am)Great dealership. Honest, fair and very professional. No hard sells or shady salesman practices. We were looking for a decent used car for our son. Found exactly what we were looking for. They did a full service including new brakes (rotors and pads front and back) as well as a few other fixes. Highly recommend.
