Pleasantly surprised by the plane and carrier. I had low expectations for the flight but the plane was better than I thought with decent leg room and I am over 6ft tall. Flight attendants were very pleasant and food and drinks were plentiful and of a good standard. Selection of flight entertainment was again plentiful and films etc were up to date. The whole family had a very comfortable and happy journ
Overall the airline offers flights at competitive prices and a wide range of worldwide destinations. I was satisfied with my trip albeit I found the air cabin crew to be quite fearsome......and its Airline food is best avoided really tbh. Aside from that the United app is a must have tool. Text updates were amazing and kept me informed all throughout my trip. Planes were exceptionally clean and sanitised and I wouldn't hesitate using them again
"We used miles to upgrade and had a nice flight. The FA for Firs was very good, he was good at reminding all of us to wear our masks and made the flight enjoyable.
Our jet was the one with the Star Wars theme, the outside had special paint and inside the seat headliners were also really cool. One side of the plane had the Empire ones and the other had the Rebellion theme.
