  UG&T’s. Service was outstanding. Lori was a pleasure to work with (arranging the pickup of my damaged machine as well as keeping me informed as to it needing general maintenance as well as damage repair).
  
  UT&T provided same day service… picking up my machine, informing me of costs & repairing it must faster than I expected. The cost for both service and repair were more than reasonable.
  
  I couldn’t be happier that I purchased my machine at UT&T. I would refer them to anyone seeking a high quality company & rapid, competent service. A 5 star company!

  We stopped in at this location and worked with John Mochak. He offered to have me test drive one of the mowers we were interested in purchasing. It was a great experience and ours was delivered on the 23rd. I mowed that night and we are very happy with our purchase!

  So far United Ag and Turf in
  North Canaan has been very helpful in two issue I have had with my 1025r
  Both repairs have been warranty work and both times they have taken care of the issues in a timely fashion.
  Tony Bassetta kept me informed as did Laura as to when parts would arrive and when Tony would be up to fix the issue.
  Communication is key to any business.

  I could not be more pleased with the service I received. The staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had an issue with my deck belt breaking that no other John Deere dealer could identify. The employees at the Ag & Turf store in Canaan have superior customer service, expertise and years of experience. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, you will end up here to get your answers and problems solved. I dealt with three different people, parts, repair and office personnel and each one was super nice and helpful. Thank you :)

  Thank you John at United Ag & Turf in Canaan, CT. You made my first time buying a tractor a breeze. Anyone that I have had the pleasure to talk to at the Canaan shop has been warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a tractor to visit United Ag & Turf in Canaan, CT. Talk to John Mochak in Sales! He was very helpful and was always responsive. As a first time tractor owner I am happy and relieved that United Ag & Turf is only 20 minutes south of me if I run into any trouble.
