(July 18, 2023, 2:48 pm)Loader on JD 4300 wouldn’t lift. Paid $550 for these guys to come out, spend 3 hours mis diagnosing the problem. They Recommended a $2,500.00 loader valve + $$1,100 in labor. Hired Capital tractor to evaluate and repair for $150 in loader cylinder seals. They diagnosed it, came and got it, repaired it and returned it for a fraction of the cost. Worst part, United Ag & Turf wouldn’t cut me a break on the $550. Short sighted. Go somewhere else!
Update: Craig at United Ag & Turf called me to discuss the matter and we came to an agreement on the bill which I think was fair to both parties. I appreciate the professionalism and the call. Thank you. -

(June 23, 2023, 11:03 am)I bought my tractor last year and the sales people were great. They set me up very well and are excellent. However, where the buisness really shines is with service. They are exceptional and both the tech that comes out to service my tractor and the tech manager always go beyond the call. Once the field tech was not available so the service manager came out to solve my problem. He knew I had a time critical job and actually wanted to help! I have never had such great service with anything. I could not do what I do without a team like that behind me. I will buy my tractors from no one else.

Max was very knowledgeable and communicated very well with me throughout the entire buying process. UAG delivered my lawn tractor to me a few days after I placed my order and was nice enough to place it right in my garage when I was out of town! United is the best in the business when it comes to Deere products. I won’t go anywhere else!
