  I called looking for a repair shop for my son's car before I saw the reviews. Talking to the owner I thought we needed head gasket repair due to the white smoke out the back of the car. He corrected me for the likely issue I felt as though he had a good idea of the fix. We saw the reviews before driving down to the BMW shop, I was skeptical but curious. Its easy to walk away if I feel like I'm dealing with a hustler. Worth the conversation to find a decent mechanic in New York. He looked at the car and told us that the repair was covered by the dealer. I responded that the car was a 2011. He repeated that the repair was covered by the dealer and called the person he knew at the dealer in front of us and we made the appointment to drop the car off. My experience Nov 22, 2021 was decent especially with the money saved.

  Woke up and got an engine coolant light. Called up spoke w Tanya and she said I could bring it down immediately because they have room. Mark and Steve looked at it and had my 2018 430GC back on the road within 2 hours. 100000000% recommend ! Amazing work and so much faster than dealing with the dealer. Thank you guys so much!
