  Buying a house can be such a stressful experience, especially in a tough market. Having said that, having a great and knowledgeable Realtor will definitely ease alot of the stress! Working with Mary Kate was such a joy. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable of her field, she is very diligent in all of the behind the scenes work. She worked tirelessly making phone calls, sending emails and paperwork on top of being the biggest breath of fresh air a hopeful home buyer could ever hope for!   Karen Kopeski has been absolutely wonderful in helping us navigate the rather complicated process of homeownership. She is compassionate, courteous, and exhibits the utmost professionalism in all her interactions. Karen has a comprehensive list of lawyers, inspectors, and other specialists that are important pieces of the puzzle that a purchase of a house can sometimes be. In our case, the seller's agent was very difficult to deal with, but Karen maintained her composure and saw the deal to the very end with a smile on her face.
