  I had an excellent experience as an out-of-state buyer. George and Ivan handled the paperwork professionally, did not tack on any silly fees, and mailed me the title within a very reasonable time frame. The Mercedes I purchased was in exactly the condition they described on their website listing and over the phone. George stayed late on a Saturday to help me get all of the necessary temporary tags, etc. made up. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and the Mercedes drives like a dream!
  
  Reading these reviews, I think a lot of people have unreasonable expectations. When buying a used car with no warranty, the buyer assumes some risk. Things can and will break on all cars. It's up to the buyer to be financially prepared to handle potential issues, and to thoroughly research the vehicle they want to buy and identify common trouble areas. One of the air struts started leaking on my Mercedes just a few weeks after I bought it. There was no way for the dealer to tell that this would happen, and it's a common issue on Airmatic cars. I knew this was a possibility, bought a new strut, installed it, and went on my merry way. Blaming dealers for issues with a car months after the sale is a silly way of shirking from responsibility as a vehicle owner to repair and maintain a used vehicle.

  By far this was the best overall experience that I have had in buying a car. Ivan is the standup guy - very honest, solid on their pricing and they do not add fake fees.
  I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car and will do so to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
