  I had a problem with my iPad showing a hidden network. I was on the phone with Xfinity my WiFi provider three times I spent hours on the phone with them they told me the problem was fixed twice but it wasn’t. I decided to call Ultimate Computer Service because of all the good reviews and positive word of mouth. Steve helped me over the phone my problem was fixed after a few easy steps he walked mr through. He was patient and didn’t talk down to me I can’t say enough good things about him! It was a fantastic experience.

  I connected with Steve to diagnose a nonworking computer. Within 24 hours, he had determined what was wrong, offered a solution that was cost effective and that left me with a fully operational computer with all my data and software exactly as the old one had been. He is amazing, knowledgeable and a very nice guy. Thank you, Steve.

  10/26/2022- I know I have commented on Ultimate Computer Services in the past, but I must repeat what I have said below. However, it doesn't really exemplify how good hearted Steve is in solving one's computer problems. He goes above and beyond and his technical expertise there aren't enough words to say. Like I have said in prior comments, STOP GOING TO GEEK SQUAD OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUALS. THE BUCK STOPS HERE WITH MY COMPLIMENTS OF THIS BUSINESS AND INDIVIDUAL.
  
  Steve is a fantastic human being. He is professional, responsive to one's needs, terrific value and quality. When your computer gives you a problem there is no one to trust except Steve. In my case, my hard drive went and he replaced it in a day's time. He goes the distance and is extremely thorough. After returning my computer, Steve spent a great deal of time explaining various things relating to my computer. I wouldn't trust my computer needs with anyone else, except this fine and outstanding individual. "GEEK SQUAD" FORGET ABOUT IT.

  Steve was awesome in answering my questions and also learned some tips. Computer running great now!! I definitely will recommend him to anyone. Very reasonable pricing!!

  Steve is a very knowledgeable guy when it come to computers. Solved my camera problem on my laptop in less then 15 minutes. He also cleaned up some unnecessary programs that were running in the background slowing down my system. Very reasonable with the price.
  I highly recommend him 2 thumbs up!!!
