  Edit: as i told the GM yasir is a very very nice person. He refunded me my whole amount. For GM yasir i updated my review from 2 star to 5 star. You can buy at the store without any hesitation. Store bought is highly recommended.
  
  I am sorry to write this but i couldn't stop myself reviewing this. Don't go ulta salon for any kind of hair treatment. They don't know anything. If you go to a local salon you can get better treatment than them. They can only colour grey hairs. Dont waste your money here. After spending 8 hours( yes total 8 hours for hair cut and hair colour)I was not happy at all. Even their master has her own definition of hair colour which is according to them is right and the rest of the world and google is all wrong.Manager and few more people's are very nice they try their best to make you happy and satisfied but their stylist dont know anything. Dona was a very very nice lady work there. She is not stylist but she is very caring. Even though i appreciate the manager he was very nice person and tried his best to give me the service i wanted but when i came home there was 3 different tone at my hair like they were done by a child. Two star are for dona and for manager. And for salon☹️☹️☹️☹️

  Love love love ulta ! Definitely ask for Sierra, she is amazing and can help with all the skin care. My skin is super sensitive and gets dry in the winter, she helped me pick the right products and told me step by step which to use. I highly recommend this location and Sierra for all your skin care needs.

  I love this Ulta location! It’s a clean and organized store, but more so the staff is incredibly kind, polite and helpful. I am new to the world of makeup and skin care and have very little experience with it all so it’s a little intimidating going into stores like this and knowing what to buy. Letticia Rosado helped me through it all and I am so grateful!!! She was friendly and cheerful from the start, was honest about the products I should get that were within my price range, gave great advice that was specific to me and spent the time with me to get me what I needed. She also showed me different products she recommended for my sensitive skin and tried different foundation types on me to make sure she matched my skin tone perfectly. I feel like Letticia really cared about me and listened to me which is what sold me! I will definitely be back here for all my beauty needs in the future. Sorry for the long review but I really want to convey the awesome interaction I had and recommended this place to others. 😄
