(January 22, 2023, 10:30 am)Being a frequent customer since they opened my review may be slightly bias, but whenever I’m in the area or can justify the 20 minute drive to go out of my way for it I’m going to %12 for my coffee. Amazing service, a simple and straightforward menu that covers all your caffeine needs, affordable prices, and boozy coffee on the weekends? Yes, yes, and more yes. My go to is usually the Americano, but the Mocha Latte is also top notch, and the Irish coffee is top tier. Can recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing varieties of specialty coffee and espresso based drinks help ensure you start your day off right! The coffee cake squares are to die for! Personal fan of the vanilla cold brew with foam made with oatmilk!

1 high quality coffee and friendly baristas that know their craft.
2. Great ascetic and atmosphere
3. Comfortable to meet and talk with people or hangout with a cortado and a book.
If you’re into specialty coffee or just looking for a cool spot to catch up with friends this place is legit. -

(January 16, 2023, 1:38 pm)Love love love this place. I have spent so many hours hanging out here. In the morning it’s so fun to come sit on the couch and read a book — the coffee is delicious! And the coffee menu is really cool and fun. Any latte here is a win. And Hanna is the most incredible and friendliest barista!! It’s also a really fun vibe in the afternoon to come for a beer and hangs. They have vegetarian options for food usually and a great food truck outside. I am all about aesthetic and this place crosses all the t’s and dots all the i’s. My new go-to spot!!
