I was also given plenty of information on what might've caused it and steps to take before reinstalling to minimize the chance of the issue reoccurring without even asking. I did not get in-home service, so I can't speak to that aspect, but the purchasing experience was great.

(October 28, 2021, 1:42 am)Great customer service. Over the past 12 years I've had Scott repair many pacojets for me. Service is quick when I have to send one in and they come back humming like new. I also appreciate how Scott always takes the time to answer my questions, and in 12 years I've never even had a call that was not pleasent no matter who I spoke to.

Truly amazing service and a great guy. Really appreciate his help and he will be the first person I call with any issues down the road!
