(February 26, 2023, 8:14 pm)The assistant manager, Andrew is sooo professional and nice. He put a personal note in my luggage that made my day. Nobody writes personal notes anymore and that was such a nice unexpected extra. I'd definitely purchase more products from him in the future if need be. If you need luggage or bags, and are in the area, go see Andrew.

They worked well together and each went above and beyond expectations to order suitcases from other stores that had them in stock. You will love this level of customer service, and Tumi is blessed to have them as employees :-). God bless you both!

They even waited for me in a snowstorm when other stores in the Mall were closing.
So appreciative.
I have TUMI pieces dating back to 1998! 🤣
