(April 11, 2022, 7:43 pm)Brought in my TUMI to American Dream Mall to get fixed, dreading to hear that it would need to be sent to HQ for repair. Thankfully, Alex was able to fix my broken handle for 15mins. He did disclose that if he cannot fix it in-house, then he’d have to send it to Georgia. He was very professional and so was his colleague. They worked on my luggage immediately. I went home with a TUMI that’s good as new. Thank you!

(December 4, 2020, 6:42 pm)While Tumi luggage is a bit pricey for the average bag,we feel the quality to be extremely dependable. I wish there was more of a variety of designs and colors however as these seem easy to blend in with the multitude of travelers you're going to meet at the carousel in the airport.
Some items may have accessories, such as straps, which although on a display, may not be included with the item. These are usually sold separately.
