(September 6, 2023, 1:16 am)I cannot speak more highly of this service. From sales to floor prep to installation, everything is literally so perfect. I had been informed by multiple other contractors that my floor couldn't be leveled, would be too costly, etc. but Tuckers Carpet was able to make it happen. Bruce, Teri, Jen, and their installer Carl have been an absolute pleasure to work with. If you need floors this is the BEST. Thanks again!

(January 14, 2023, 8:24 pm)My experience with Tucker has forever changed my thoughts about who I should pick when getting work done on my house. I could have picked a big box retailer to get the job done and the price might have been a little bit cheaper, but what you get working with a small business is the care, attention and quality. Terri and Bruce were very patient as I went through my flooring selection (I probably changed my mind at least 4 - 5 times), and the person who came install the floor was extremely meticulous with his work. He was an absolute pro, and he took great pride in his work. For your next flooring needs, please consider Tuckers. I highly recommend them. They have been wonderful to work with from start to finish!

(July 6, 2022, 8:36 am)Our experience with Tuckers Carpet was excellent. We needed new carpet on our stairs and had a certain carpet in mind. Not only was Tuckers able to procure the carpet I wanted, but they also price matched/beat their competitors AND did a mockup for me to see the edge condition that I was concerned with. The new carpet looks great and I am so pleased with the job that Wayne, our installer did. He was on time, professional, courteous, and worked extremely hard to remove the old carpet and install the new one beautifully all by himself and all in one day! Absolutely recommend Tuckers for all your carpeting needs big and small.

(November 18, 2021, 11:12 am)After getting three estimates, we decided to hire Tuckers Carpet for their frankness, willingness to work with us and their itemized estimate which made it easy to see the cost of the entire project. Bruce, Terri and Jen made sure all our questions were answered and provided great feedback on the best course of action for our floor installation. The installers, Jason and Dylan, were hardworking, respectful of our property and their workmanship was excellent. Thank you, Tuckers Carpet, for making our home look amazing with the new Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) flooring and making this a positive experience.

(November 2, 2021, 7:36 pm)I'll start by saying we had a wonderful experience with Tuckers. Excellent communication and all around customer service. I mainly communicated with Jennifer who was amazing with answering my inquiries before and after the install. The install team was polite and professional. I inquired about one of my thresholds being more flush after the install and Bruce was happy to come over and install some risers to help make the carpet look and feel better on the feet since our floorboards were low in that spot and against hardwood. Very nice job overall and i would definitely have them do more rooms in our home.
