  Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and professional staff. Focus on patient needs and provide inciteful guidance for workouts and lifestyle changes that can improve overall health and strength. Minor scheduling snafu was resolved and although I couldnt be seen that same day, they did allow me to see a Nerve Specialist who did a full body evaluation which was a great experience and not something I expected to be available.

  The facility is very clean and inviting. I had a good experience there I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Grace and her staff are very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend using their services.

  the staff here are top notch and very capable and respectful.. They have worked wonders with my back and leg pains.. Would gladly refer them to everyone

  I recently had a great customer service experience. There was an issue with an appointment I had booked in their website. It had allowed me to book a 11am appointment but when I got there they had no record of the appointment. Naturally I was annoyed and disappointed. They offered to rebook me for the next day but that was unacceptable to me. I insisted on speaking with someone that could make this right. The girl behind the counter was very accommodating. She reached out to someone named Grace. Grace called me on my cell right away. She sincerely apologized and changed their schedule to accommodate me. That is great customer service. Oh and they except Nassau county employee health insurance and waive the copay so it costs $0! Great place. I would recommend to anyone.
