I live in Baltimore County Maryland and have been visiting friends here in Pine bush/Wallkill for years, at least 36. From the first time I stepped into this store, it has been part of every visit. I found my first slugger drill here at a great price, and little did I know how great a find that was! I was hooked! Do yourself a favor, if you want quality, kindness, great prices, and no disappointments this truly is the place for all you need!
The staff in this store are awesome. I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for…the girl who answered the phone transferred me to another department, when they answered they already knew why I was calling. How nice to not have to go through my little speech again…. On top of that he said he’d leave the merchandise at the counter for when I got there.
We decided to lap the store and see if there was anything else we needed. Again, the staff were friendly and conversational.
Chrissy, at the register is one of the most personable individuals I’ve ever encountered. She turned the checkout process into a little comedy routine and I left laughing…. This place isn’t the closest hardware store to my house but definitely one I’d be willing to drive out of the way for.
