  I've been going to True Living Yoga for 2 years now . This studio has completely changed my life. Everyone here is so loving and compassionate and I'm so grateful to be apart of the True Living family . I've taken all of my Reiki Trainings here and now am a 200HR Rahini Yoga instructor, and am currently in the 500HR Level. Naomi & Heidi are the sweetest and so compassionate within everything they do for the studio and whoever walks through the door. All of the yoga instructors have this beautiful creativity within all of their classes and the way that they teach is amazing . They are also very knowledgeable and considerate with everyone who comes to their classes. Dr.Dean Telano himself is such a wonderful teacher , he has so much truth and light to spread through his teachings and what he does for the collective . True Living Yoga is a place of growth and community , and that's so important .

  True living yoga is a wonderful, warm, welcoming place with amazing teachers and staff. They are extremely knowledgeable in their practice and truly care about their students. I love the classes offered, especially rahini flow with Heidi. Not only is it a very zen place, but you get a great workout too! I have been going to this studio for about 2 Years now and it has changed my life! Not only has it done wonders for my stress and anxiety issues, but as a result I’ve become more confident as a person and in the workplace. I can’t thank the staff enough for all that they’ve taught me. Try the mediation and other extra classes offered as well!

  The first time I walked in I got the same feeling as I do when I arrive home. A warm, friendly environment with knowledgeable and helpful teachers. A great place to practice yoga. True Living offers so much more, wonderful meditation classes taught by Dr. Dean Telano, healing events throughout the year. The yoga teacher program is amazing as well. Such a flexible schedule, makes deepening your practice & improving your life actually attainable.

  True Living Yoga is a wonderful healing center. When I first went there years ago, I was just a beginner and in need of healing on multiple levels. Heidi was so nice and kind to me. She made me feel welcome and like I belonged. She made adjustments whenever necessary and I learned the poses the traditional way. I highly recommend the yoga classes, meditation classes, and healing events. Great down to earth people that are genuine and care about your health. All the teachers are very kind. The meditation techniques that Dr. Dean teaches are incredible and work. All you need to do is choose the technique that works best for you and keep with it. You won't regret it. My health vastly improved by going to True Living Yoga. There I was given tools and skills to help me attain peace in my life. I will always be grateful for that and for making lifelong friends with the teachers and fellow students.

  The teachers are wonderful and very friendly. I really enjoy the classes there. They have a lot of different events that not only support the community but other charities. Their teaching programs are amazing and an experience of a lifetime. I would recommend this yoga studio to anyone who is looking for an environment that makes you feel like you are home and expand your knowledge about yoga.
