  I contacted Dave for assistance with hip pain. He did a full assessment of my calf muscles, quads, hamstrings and back. Through his detailed process he was able to pinpoint the areas that were tight and explained how all of the muscle groups impacted the rest of my body. He then customized five exercises for me to do. I am so grateful for his help and with the care that he took in working with me.

  Dave at True Health Unlimited in Tolland, CT has been a God-Send for me recently. I have degenerative arthritis in my neck, knees and lower back. I love to hike and jog, and was in pain doing those things. I have been seeing Dave for 7 weeks now and we have been working on core strengthening. I am much improved and I am sleeping and doing regular chores pain free now. Thank you Dave for being careful while still pushing me to the next level.

  After meeting with Dave in Feb 2020 we came up with an exercise and nutrition plan for my then 15 year old son. Over the past 18 months Dave has been not only an amazing coach and trainer to my son but also now a friend.
  
  My son went from 257 pounds to 169 pounds strictly from Daves diet and exercise plan with lots of hard work in between training sessions.
  
  We couldn't have accomplished any of this without Dave's expertise, support, guidance and enthusiasm along Caden's amazing journey to a healthier life.
  
  Thank you Dave for believing in Caden and helping him achieve his goals! We will be forever grateful for all you have done these past 18 months.

  Dave is an exceptional personal trainer who is a rare find. He goes above and beyond in making sure the program he creates for me is always organically moving along with my progress. He takes great care in making sure every single workout is challenging and pushes what I thought were my limits. He keeps me accountable for my nutritional balance as well. Dave is gifted and intelligent, but very humble and has a fantastic sense of humor! The nearly hour session FLIES by! He has made a difference in my life, and I'm so excited for the many more sessions to come! After having nearly given up on finding that perfect fit in a personal trainer (after my former trainer changed professional fields), I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dave!

  I'm been a client of Dave's for a few months now. I initially started going to True Health Unlimited shortly after I recovered from a knee injury. I was having trouble getting back into shape and I couldn't stay motivated. Dave really turned things around for me. During the initial consultation, he took the time to get to know me, my goals, my eating habits, and past injuries. He does a great job coming up with a workout program catering to your needs and goals. Every time I go to my appointments, Dave already has a workout plan typed up and ready to go. With him, you can choose to have the same workout every time, have him change things up every appointment, tell him a specific workout you want to do one day, or tweak a workout if you have an injury. He's very flexible when it comes to what you want to do on a particular day. He's also great when it comes to working with people who don't have a set schedule. I can make an appointment on a Tuesday morning one week, and have my next one on a Wednesday afternoon. Ultimately, I've had a great experience at True Health Unlimited and I'm in the best shape I've been in a long time. Dave is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his clients. He is not only a great trainer, but a great person as well.
