TriValley Primary Care - Western Bucks office

I joined this group in 2021. I hit the jackpot with an amazing doctor. I ALWAYS get the care I deserve. I am ALWAYS treated with respect. IT IS THE OFFICE STAFF and ONLINE SUPPORT THAT MAKES THIS PATIENT CARE TREATMENT SUPERIOR TO ALL OTHERS. I would like to add the folks doing referrals are great.

I am excited to leave a five star review for TriValley Primary Care of Quakertown. Ashley Lehman has been overseeing my DOT physicals for many years and I so appreciate her and the others involved on staff that oversee these physicals for the CDL drivers like myself. It is not easy by any means to retain our medical certificates with the demands put on us in driving Trucks and Busses year after year in and out of State. That being said I highly recommend seeing your personal doctors like TriValley that take great care to keep us on the road with needed recommendations where aide is needed to help us be at our best year after year as Professional drivers! Thanks again to Ashley Lehman and all others at TriValley who have a part in aiding to our successes of needing to perform our daily duties at the highest levels as CDL drivers!

My family has been seeing Dr. Moore for many years. She is very intelligent, friendly, and sincerely concerned about your ailments or condition. I am very comfortable about telling her about my issues. A great doctor has great bedside manners that make you feel at ease. She has never dismissed my concerns and has always been accurate with her diagnosis as compared to giving a prognosis (a guess) that other doctors provide. We actually like the entire staff.

5 star for me because I have the best CRNP that I’ve been seeing for 10yrs. Ashley Lehman is absolutely wonderful!!! Overall for the practice it’s a 4 star.
I know doctors office is always hectic in general so expect this one to be nonetheless. It shares the space with Urgent Care so it can be a little busier than normal but I haven’t experienced this at all from all my visits.
All the Doctors and CRNP there are nice and have good listening skills. My personal favorites that I recommend are Dr. Moore, Dr. Chiarelli, and for the CRNP there is Jackie and my favorite is Ashley.
Admin and RN’s there are nice.
Waiting room is spacious to keep distance from others if needed.
Patient rooms are also spacious and comfortable while waiting.
Process of a doctors office still applies. They do make an effort to move things fast but also attentive to the patients that need extra time.
Location is easy and is on 309 so you can spot it from the road. Turning on/ off of 309 is crazy so keep that in mind. It’s easier to get there coming from California Rd.
Like I said, it’s the normal doctors office but I think the people there are nicer.
